Originally selected a savaloy and chips meal but even though thats what I was charged for when I turned up Ken informed me that that wasnt available there is an issue with the processing of the order as well but he gave me the best equivalent that he could and given all of that it was incredibly fast service and you cant fault the customer service that you get from Ken and his staff because theyre all really helpful especially considering Im a fulltime wheelchair user my advice to anyone would be to stay clear of the website because I dont know why its displaying things that arent currently available but perhaps just either ring up or just turn up in person with cash or maybe you can pay on your phone when you get there Either way hes a standup geezer

Very good fish, plaice in particular was excellent. Chips slightly undercooked bout still good. I ordered 2 mushy peas but only received one

Ive been to kens fish and chips twice now. The first time I had a fish cake and chips but back then I didnt realise there was a whole online thing but that was absolutely delicious it reminded me of the fish cakes that I used to have when I was a kid at school Today I had a Savoy and chips with onion rings as well and that was absolutely delicious. I will be coming back soon. The standard of customer service is absolutely phenomenal its also worth noting that I am a fulltime wheelchair user and due to the limited access to the front of the shop the staff members have to help me collect my order from outside but they are always incredibly helpful Im very kind and pleasant to be around. Having a disability can sometimes be tricky but they help accommodate me as much as they possibly can and if theres anything that they can do to help they always will and thats why I keep coming back.
